I believe that all people have an incredible capacity for resilience and change, we are stronger when we stand together! Throughout my career, I have been humbled to see my clients’ take tenacious steps to build better lives and experience more inner peace and healing. I believe that relationships define the quality of our lives, and prioritizing the health of our connections with others, and with ourselves, is the most meaningful work we can engage in!
I received my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Brigham Young University and my undergraduate degree from University of Utah in Psychology and Human Development. I have extensive experience at treating relationships and individual mental health, recovery from trauma and addiction, gender and sexual identity challenges, suicidal ideation, crisis, and faith transitions.
On my off hours I enjoy adventuring and traveling with my husband and four children, renovating our 1900’s Victorian home, finding and restoring antique furniture, being in nature, cooking, spending time with friends, and reading.
